Yes Aesthetics – Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 2026
Welcome to Yes Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, receiving treatment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Consultations and Treatment Eligibility
All cosmetic treatments require an assessment of suitability by your treating practitioner.
Treatment recommendations are based on your individual medical history, anatomy, aesthetic goals, and clinical assessment.
Yes Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment where it is considered unsafe, unsuitable, or not in the client’s best interests. Informed consent is an ongoing process and clients may withdraw consent at any time prior to treatment.
2. Results Disclaimer
Cosmetic treatments are not an exact science.
Individual results vary depending on factors including age, skin quality, lifestyle, metabolism, medical history, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
While every effort is made to achieve optimal outcomes, Yes Aesthetics cannot guarantee specific results.
3. Deposits and Bookings
A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are credited toward your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if sufficient notice is provided.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We respectfully require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of your deposit and/or cancellation fees.
No-shows or repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment of future appointments. These policies are commonly used within Australian cosmetic practices to protect appointment availability and practitioner time.
Cancellation Fees
Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit forfeited
Failure to attend appointment: 100% of deposit forfeited
Repeated no-shows: Future appointments may require full prepayment
Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies at management discretion.
5. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their treatment shortened or rescheduled.
If insufficient time remains to safely complete the treatment, cancellation fees may apply.
